Return & Refund Policy for Personalised Items

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you love your personalised item. However, due to the custom nature of these products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Exceptions:

  • Faulty or Damaged Items:
    If your personalised item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will be happy to arrange for a replacement or, if a replacement is not possible, a full refund.

  • Incorrect Personalisation:
    If we have made a mistake with the personalisation details, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to rectify the issue.

General Return Policy:

  • Non-Returnable: Personalised items are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they are faulty or damaged, or if we have made an error with the personalisation.
  • Proof of Purchase: To process any returns or refunds, we require proof of purchase.
  • Return Shipping: If a return is accepted, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
